Wrist pain can be caused by instability, arthritis, trauma, overuse, or peripheral nerve entrapment. Nerve entrapments typically present with numbness and tingling in the hand.
Free tips for pain management:
Put a rubber band on the outside of your fingers then open and close your hand.
This will work on range of motion as well as your forearm extensors.
Use a hot towel while doing exercises for the wrist.
Stretch your forearm backwards and forwards.
