Why do I have knee pain?
Knee pain is often caused by repetitive motion that includes running, jumping, and or squats. The most common weakness stems from the gluteal muscle.
Free tips for pain management:
Strengthen your gluteus medius muscle. This muscle is often neglected and can cause your knee to buckle in upon weight bearing.
Stretch your IT Band where it inserts into the hip. Do not stretch the fascia in the leg because it will make it worse or not do anything at all.
